Mushroom and Barley Soup
Comes in a 500mL glass mason jar.
TUBF mushroom and barley soup (vegan)
Directions: In a large pot, add 2 tbsp of butter or oil of your choice. Stir in the contents of the jar and cook for approximately 3min. Add 7 cups of water and boil for 20 minutes or until barley is fully cooked. Stir regularly, serve immediately. Serves 2.
Ingredients: pot barley, red lentils, mushrooms (chestnut, oyster, lions mane, beech, and/or shiitake), vegetable stock (corn syrup solids, salt, hydrolyzed soy and corn protein, monosodium glutamate, vegetable powders (tomato, onion, carrot, garlic), canola oil, natural flavor, wheat maltodextrin, dried parsley, calcium silicate, silicone dioxide, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate, natural colour, spices), onion, celery salt (celery seeds, salt), garlic, parsley, thyme, bay leaf.
