Reishi tincture

The Ugly Barn Farm tinctures are dual extracted using an ultrasonic homogenizer which limits the heat of the ethanol extraction to preserve the volatile compounds and produce a more potent extract. Bottles are 60mL with measured droppers of 1ml doses. Tinctures are best taken with water and can be taken alongside a meal.

Medicinal ingredients: Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi–

 Fruiting body) – 200mg/mL

Recommended use or purpose: An antioxidant, source of fungal polysaccharides, liver tonic, adaptogen.

Used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to strengthen the body and blood to treat Heart and Spleen deficiencies that manifest in insomnia, forgetfulness, fatigue or listlessness and poor appetite.

Recommended dose: Adults 18 years and older: take 1 - 2 droppers daily. 1 dropper = approximately 1mL. Take with food or on an empty stomach
