20g or 55g of freeze dried powdered Lion's mane whole fruit body

20g is roughly equivalent to 0.5lb of fresh Lion's mane.

55g is roughly equivalent to  1.25lb

Use dried Lion's mane for tinctures, soups, broths and flights of fancy.
