The Ugly Barn Farm tinctures are dual or triple extracted using hot ethanol, cold water and hot water. Bottles are 60mL with measured droppers of 1ml doses. Tinctures are best taken with water and can be taken alongside a meal.

Duration of use

Recommended dose: Adults 18 years and older: take 1 - 2 droppers daily. 1 dropper = approximately 1mL. Take with food or on an empty stomach
