Mushroom medley toasty with seasonal herbs.

Ingredients:
1/2lb mushroom medley
4-bagels from
Salty Dog Bagels
3 garlic scapes
1 sprig fresh dill
Salt and pepper
2 tsbp olive oil or your oil of choice
Spreadable cheese of your choice (goat cheese, cream cheese, ricotta, vegan cheese)
Directions:
Chop your mushrooms and garlic scapes into bite sized pieces. Warm the oil in your pan and add mushrooms and scapes. Cook for 5-10 minutes until fully cooked.
In the meantime, toast your bagels and spread cheese. Top with cooked mushrooms mix and sprinkle with salt and pepper and minced dill.
Serve immediately! Yum!
