Recipe of the week
I'm not going to write out the whole recipe to this week's recipe inspiration but here is the gist: chop and saute your mushroom medley in oil of your choice and add a bit of garlic and fresh basil.
Find a nice loaf of bread from your local Baker . A nice trick that my friend taught me is to coat with mayonaisse to make that perfectly crisp bread that doesn't burn. Add your cheese and mushroom and cook for 5 minutes until your cheese melts!
